What changes from one farm to another, and what doesn't
Changes for each farm
- The portal address, at yourfarm.agritraccia.it
- The farm's name, logo and colour, on the band and the main button
- The dairies and other recipients, with the names you use on the DDTs
- The data to ask for, with the units of measurement of your registers
- The people and their roles: who sends, who confirms, who only reads
- Each person's portal language, Italian or English
- Reminder times, once reminders are active: they are in preparation
Stays the same for every farm
- No data goes into the register without a person's confirmation
- Yellow means “confirmed”, orange “to check”, green “checks passed”
- Servers in the European Union; providers contractually bound not to use the data to train AI
- Each farm sees only its own data
- Complete export at any time, in CSV and Excel
- SPID credentials are never requested or stored

Each person receives their access, with a short explanation. If the rules or your work change, we update the configuration.
Before the farm visit
Answers to the first questions. For everything else, a person will answer you.
- How much does it cost?
- It depends on what your farm needs, which is why there is no one-size-fits-all price list. After the farm visit we send you a written quote, with no obligation.
- Do I need to download an app?
- No. Your farm's portal opens in the phone's browser and can be added to the Home Screen like an app. If your farm already uses a messaging app, we can look at that together too, considering privacy and costs.
- Which languages does it work in?
- The portal is in Italian and English: each person chooses theirs. Voice messages and texts can also be sent in each person's own language: we test your team's languages together at the farm visit. The data, the SIAN summary and the register always stay in Italian.
- What if the rules change?
- Fields, units of measurement, deadlines and checks are part of your farm's configuration. When a regulation changes something, we update the configuration and let you know.

We are based in Eboli, in the Sele Plain. We come to your farm and look at how you work: the barn, the deliveries, the dairies, who sends the DDTs. Then we propose a solution built specifically for you, with a clear quote and no obligation.
