What the law requires, and what you risk
- What
- Recording buffalo milk movements in the SIAN Registro unico. It is required by Law no. 75 of 21 April 2026.
- When
- Every day. The implementing decree, signed on 30 September 2026 and awaiting entry into force, sets the entry deadline at the third day after the operation, with quantities in kilograms.
- Who makes the entry
- You or your delegate, with your SPID. AgriTraccia prepares the summary; it does not enter it for you.
- On time Up to Thursday 15, the third day after the delivery
- Half penalty €1,000 to €4,000, up to Tuesday 20: 3 working days late
- Full penalty €2,000 to €8,000, from Wednesday 21
The summary is ready as soon as you confirm: you can copy it into SIAN on the day of the delivery.

Every farm has its own portal
Every solution is designed and built specifically for the individual farm. At the farm visit we look at how you work and fill in the farm record sheet together. Your portal is built from it, at your own address, with your logo and your colours.
Logo, colours, dairies and people change. The checks and the yellow confirmation mark stay the same on every farm: whoever sees it knows that a person has confirmed.
The portal is in Italian and English. Voice messages and texts can also arrive in the language of the people who work with you: we test your team's languages together at the farm visit.

Data guarantees
Registers and traceability can be inspected at any time. Here is what we guarantee.
- Where the data is
- On servers in the European Union.
- AI training
- The providers that read photos and voice messages are contractually bound not to use your data to train AI.
- Who decides
- A person. No data goes into the register without confirmation by the owner or someone authorised.
- Your SPID
- We never ask you for it. You sign in to the SIAN portal yourself, with your own credentials.
- If you want to leave
- You export your whole history at any time, in CSV and Excel.
- The assistant
- It says straight away that it is automated. For any question, a person from Med Green answers.
