Security and data
Registers and traceability can be inspected at any time, which is why we handle them with rigour. Here you will find, point by point, what we guarantee and what we don't do.
The data
- Where it is
- On servers located in the European Union.
- Whose it is
- Your farm's. Each farm has its own portal and sees only its own data; one farm's data is never used for another.
- Photos and voice messages
- They are kept for the period chosen by your farm, then deleted. Confirmed data is kept.
- Hidden data in photos
- Before saving the photo we remove its metadata, such as the GPS location.
- Export
- The whole history in CSV and Excel, at any time, without having to ask.
- When the contract ends
- We give the data back to you in an open format, then delete it.
Automatic reading
- AI training
- The providers that read photos and voice messages are contractually bound not to use your data to train their models.
- What they receive
- Only the photo, voice message or text to be read, without the sender's account details (name, phone). The details written on the DDT remain.
- Who decides
- A person. No data goes into the register without confirmation by the owner or someone authorised.
- The assistant
- It says straight away that it is an automated system. For any question, a person answers.
What the assistant says at first contact
You are using an automated assistant
- The DDT photos, messages and voice messages you send are read by an automated artificial intelligence system, which proposes the data to record.
- The proposal may contain errors: always check it. No data is recorded without confirmation by an authorised person.
- The assistant will never ask you for ID documents, personal tax codes or bank details.
- The service providers are contractually bound not to use the data to train artificial intelligence.

Access and people
- How you sign in
- With a one-time code sent by email: no password to remember or write down on a piece of paper.
- Roles
- Owner, supervisor, worker, advisor: each person sees and does only what they need.
- Activity log
- Who sent, who confirmed and when stays on record. No rankings or statistics about people.
- Our staff
- They sign in to your portal only to provide support, and every sign-in is recorded.
SPID and the SIAN portal
- Your SPID
- We never ask for it or store it. We never sign in to the SIAN portal on your behalf.
- Entry
- You or your delegate enter it, each with your own SPID credentials, by copying the summary we prepare for you.
- Direct submission
- It will come only when SIAN makes it possible through the official channels.
The assistant never asks for ID documents, personal tax codes, bank details or credentials. If you receive a request like that, it is not from us: let us know.
Privacy
- Data controller
- Your farm, for the data it enters in the portal.
- Data processor
- MED GREEN S.R.L.S., which processes the data on behalf of your farm (Art. 28 GDPR), under a written agreement that comes with the contract.
