From the DDT to the register, step by step

The person delivering sends the DDT however they prefer. AgriTraccia reads and checks, a person confirms, the summary is ready. Here is who does what, in the order it happens.

The steps, in order

  1. The person delivering the milkFrom their phone, even a basic one

Takes a photo of the freshly signed DDT, or sends a voice message or a text. Their own language is fine too. There is no app to download: the portal opens in the browser and can be added to the Home Screen.

  2. AgriTracciaAutomatic reading

Reads the photo or transcribes the voice message and proposes the data: date, DDT number, dairy, product and quantity. It always says it is an automated system, and its proposal can be wrong: that is what step 4 is for.

  3. AgriTracciaChecks

Compares the data with your list of dairies and with your farm's history. Anything that doesn't add up is flagged in orange, with the icon and the word. The signals, one by one

  4. You, or someone you authoriseIn your farm's portal

You look at the data read next to the photo and press “Confirm the data”, or correct it. The confirmed delivery gets its yellow tag. Without confirmation nothing goes into the register.

  5. You, or someone you authoriseOn the SIAN portal, with your SPID

You copy the day's summary into the SIAN portal: its fields follow the order of the official form, in kilograms and always in Italian, and for the Registro unico we will align it with the input screen as soon as the operating manual is published. Then you mark it as entered. Direct submission will come when SIAN makes it possible.

  6. You and your advisorArchive, in CSV and Excel

Who sent, who confirmed and when stays on record. For an ICQRF inspection you can export the whole history at any time.

The portal screen

The “Today” screen of the Masseria Demo portal, a fictional farm. The signal colours are the same on every farm.

ASend a DDT, voice message or text
The big button, in your farm's colour. From here the person delivering sends photos, voice messages and texts.
BTo check, in orange
Something doesn't add up. You always see it with the icon and the word, never by colour alone.
CChecks passed, in green
All checks have passed: only your confirmation is missing.
DConfirmed, in yellow
The yellow tag appears only when a person has confirmed: in the portal, yellow means only that.
ECopy the summary
The day's summary, ready to paste into the SIAN portal.

If something doesn't add up

SignalWhat it meansWhat you do
Higher than usual The quantity read is very different from your farm's usual quantity. Look at the photo of the DDT. If the quantity is right, go ahead and confirm; if not, correct it.
DDT already recorded There is already a delivery with the same DDT number. Check that it hasn't been sent twice. If it is a new DDT, correct the number.
Dairy not on file The dairy read is not among your farm's recipients. Choose the right dairy. If it is new, it needs adding to your farm's records.
Missing item A required item can't be read on the DDT, for example the date. Fill it in yourself before confirming.

A signal doesn't block anything: you decide. But until you confirm, that delivery doesn't go into the summary.

Who can do what

The owner decides the roles, person by person, and can change them at any time. The activity log is there for transparency: no rankings or statistics about people.

Owner
Can do everything: sends and confirms data, exports, manages users and settings.
Supervisor
Sends and confirms data, sees everything, prepares the SIAN summary and exports.
Worker
Sends photos, texts and voice messages and only sees their own submissions.
Advisor
Sees the data and the SIAN summary and exports. Does not send or confirm.

Book a farm visit

We are based in Eboli, in the Sele Plain. We come to your farm and look at how you work: the barn, the deliveries, the dairies, who sends the DDTs. Then we propose a solution built specifically for you, with a clear quote and no obligation.

Have a DDT from a few days ago to hand: we'll start from there.
