Privacy notice

This notice explains how the data of people who visit the AgriTraccia website and of those who send a request through the contact form is processed (Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”).

What data
Browsing the site
The systems that run the site record the necessary technical data: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type. This data is used to serve the pages and protect them from abuse, and is deleted after 14 days. To curb repeated form submissions, the IP address is used only in pseudonymised form, with a secret key, and for a few hours.
The site does not use analytics or profiling tools and does not load resources from third-party sites (fonts, scripts, maps, videos).
Contact form
Full name, farm, email, phone (optional), province, interests selected and message, with the date sent and the version of the privacy notice read. The IP address is not saved with the request.
Why, and on what legal basis
- Replying to the request, organising the farm visit and preparing a proposal: pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Site security and abuse prevention: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The data is not used for advertising, newsletters or profiling, and is not sold or disclosed. The required fields of the form are needed to reply: without them, the request cannot be handled.
For how long
Contact requests are deleted after 365 days. If the request leads to a contract, the necessary data is kept for the period required by the contract and by law.
Who receives the data
The controller's authorised staff and the providers that help it run the site and email, appointed as data processors (Art. 28 GDPR): in particular Apelux S.R.L. (VAT no. 04542940657), which handles the site's hosting, domains and technical maintenance. The data is stored on servers in the European Union.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15-22 GDPR), by writing to the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
Data entered in the farms' portals
The data that client farms and their staff enter in their own AgriTraccia portal is processed by MED GREEN S.R.L.S. on behalf of the farm, which is the controller, as data processor (Art. 28 GDPR). For that data, the privacy notice is provided by the farm itself.
