A module on request is switched on for your farm only when it is ready and we have tested it with you. We don't sell features that don't exist.

Buffalo milk traceability

Who it's for: Buffalo farmers who have to record milk movements in the SIAN Registro unico every day.
What you send: A photo of the DDT, a voice message or a text, from the phone of the person delivering.
What it reads: Date, DDT number, dairy, product and quantity; the animals milked, if your farm needs them.
What it checks: Missing fields, quantities unusual compared with your farm's history, DDTs already recorded, dairies that are not in your records.
Who confirms: The owner or someone they have authorised. Without confirmation nothing goes into the register.
What you get: The daily summary, with its fields in the order of the official form and always in Italian: for the Registro unico we will align it with the SIAN input screen as soon as the operating manual is published. The archive of DDTs and confirmations, exportable as CSV and Excel.
Entry in SIAN: You or your delegate enter it with SPID credentials, by copying the summary. Direct submission will come when SIAN makes it possible.
Languages: The portal is in Italian and English. Voice messages and texts can also be in the language of the person delivering: we test your team's languages at the farm visit.
Reminders: In preparation: an alert in the evening and the next morning, at your farm's times, if a confirmation is missing.
Implementing decree: Signed on 30 September 2026, not yet in force. Fields, units and deadlines are in the configuration: when it comes into force we update it for your farm.

For the people who work with you

Who	What it does	What changes
Owner	Checks the data read and confirms it, decides who does what.	The data is ready every day: no paperwork to copy out in the evening.
Workers and hauliers	They take a photo of the DDT or send a voice message, even in their own language.	A few taps, big buttons, even with gloves on.
